It gives immense pleasure to write about the Parvatidevi Kumbhar College of Nursing. Its new feather in the crown of Council of Education, Kolhapur.
Government of Maharashtra permitted to open this college on Jan 2023 with 50 intake capacity. The MUHS gave 1st affiliation from A.Y 2023-24 on and 1st batch was admitted from 2023-24.
Proudly, we wish to bring it to the notice of the concern that, this may be the first institute constructing the building of the college as per recommendation of Indian Nursing Council.
The management is concerned and keenly observe that the students shall get quality inputs and leave the institute with flying colors.
The staff is enjoying to work with such supportive management.
We are please to share that the first batch appeared for first semester examination in winter 2024, conducted by MUHS and results are appreciable, it is 77% with five students in distinction, and except few all the students are placed in First class.
This is just start and I am sure that in near future the Parvatidevi Kumbhar College of Nursing will become one of leading college in the region.
The institute is planning to teach one foreign language, yoga, encourage students to participate in social service inculcating values among them and make them good human being along with the good nurses.
